With the release of the 9th edition of Oxford English dictionary, Indian kitchen terms like 'keema' and 'papad' have become global words. In its latest edition, Oxford has included over 240 words from Indian English. Many of these 240 new words are commonly used in Indian kitchens, which reflects the global popularity of Indian food.
