The Oxford Dictionary will add a gender neutral title 'Mx' to the list of Mr, Mrs, Miss and Ms as a title for transgenders and those who do not identify themselves with a particular gender. It was considered for inclusion seeing its wide use on forms in Britain. The first recorded use of Mx was in an American magazine (1977).
