OYO has acquired co-working space provider Innov8, the Gurugram-based startup announced in a mail to employees. OYO further announced two of its own co-working brands PowerStation and WorkFlo for mainly large enterprises and startups respectively. Innov8 founder Ritesh Malik will now drive the company's expansion as an independent brand under OYO. The deal was reportedly worth around ₹200 crore.
