OYO CEO Ritesh Agarwal has requested companies to hire employees who have been laid off by the startup. In a LinkedIn post, Agarwal said that ensuring the well-being of employees, both during and after their tenure, is OYO's top priority. This comes after the hospitality chain decided to cut 10% of its 3,700-employee base by laying off 600 employees.
