Ritesh Agarwal, Founder and Group CEO of OYO, received a remuneration of ₹5.6 crore in FY22, up 250% from ₹1.6 crore in the previous year. Notably, the 28-year-old's compensation stood at ₹21.5 lakh in FY20. In a filing with SEBI, OYO said its ESOP expenses rose 344% to ₹680 crore in FY22, while salary and bonus expenses fell by 27%.
