Mathura-based artist Krishn Kanhai is a specialist in portrait, realistic, contemporary and Lord Radha-Krishna theme paintings. A master of 'Kanhai Art', the traditional method of painting using gold leaves and gemstones, he was honoured with the Padma Shri award in 2004. His paintings of Lord Krishna and Tirupati Balaji, made with gold, have a starting price of ₹1 crore.
