On Tuesday, Paisalo Digital Ltd rose to ₹38.60 with heavy volume, as promoter Equilibrated Venture Cflow Private Limited purchased 31.02 lakh shares worth ₹10.91 crore via open market. The firm repaid CPs of ₹30 crore and ₹13 crore, and will meet on September 10 to allot NCDs of ₹50 crore at 10% annual interest.
