Paisalo Digital has approved a private placement of up to 5,000 non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth ₹50 crore. Each NCD carries a face value of ₹1 lakh, offering 10% annual interest with a 36-month tenure. The issue will be secured by loan receivables, and the debentures will be listed on the BSE.
