Pakistan Army's Frontier Works Organization (FWO) will be leading the $1-trillion pact the country has offered the US to export critical rare earth minerals, which Pakistan hasn't found yet, The Sunday Guardian reported. US will nominate a public sector entity to lead investment, processing and technology deployment in Pakistan. FWO's selection shows the Pak Army's links to the pact.
