Pakistan's Supreme Court ordered Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh's release from prison on Tuesday. Pakistan government appealed the court to review its decision but the court stood by acquittal. The court's review panel recommended Sheikh be kept in a "rest-house" before being fully released. Sheikh is an accused in the kidnapping and murder of US journalist Daniel Pearl in 2002.
