Pakistani businesswoman Noshaba Shehzad, code-named 'Madam N' by ISI, used her Lahore-based travel firm to operate a spy network in India, Delhi-based think tank CIHS claimed. She promised visas to spies in return for Indian SIM cards. Her spy network included multiple Indians arrested for spying for Pakistan, including YouTubers Jyoti Malhotra and Jasbir Singh and Haryana student Devender Singh.
