PM Narendra Modi, in an apparent reference to Congress' Rahul Gandhi, claimed that the leaders in Pakistan are "shaken" by the government's surgical strikes and are "praying that the Congress' 'shehzada’ becomes PM of India". However, he added that "strong" India wants a "strong" leader. He also alleged that the earlier Congress-led governments were "helpless" after terrorist attacks.
