Pakistan minister Khawaja Asif, in his latest anti-India rant, has claimed that New Delhi wants to keep Islamabad "busy and engaged" on both eastern and western fronts. Asif has repeatedly claimed Afghanistan's Taliban is fighting India's proxy war, a charge which New Delhi debunked. India said Pakistan has a habit of blaming its neighbours for its problems.
