Pak passed Right to Education Bill after Malala was shot

The Right to Free and Compulsory Education Bill was ratified in Pakistan a few months after activist Malala Yousafzai was shot by Taliban on her way to school on October 9, 2012. Over 2 million people had signed a petition demanding the right after the attack. A $10 million education fund was also announced by Pakistan's President in her honour.
