Cyril Almeida, a Pakistani journalist working for the Dawn, has been barred from leaving Pakistan after he reported a suspected rift between the civilian and military leadership. He reported that the government told ISI that its support for terrorist groups was leaving the country globally isolated. "Puzzled, saddened.
