Pakistani defence analyst Imtiaz Gul has claimed that Pakistan's strategically important Nur Khan airbase is effectively under American control. In a video that surfaced online, Gul revealed that even Pakistan military officers are not allowed to interfere with its operations and US aircraft are often seen there. Nur Khan was among Pakistani military targets hit by India under Operation Sindoor.
