Pentagon report says China has delivered 36 J-10C jets and four frigates to Pakistan and is exploring a military base there. Maj Gen Sudhakar Jee (Retd) says Pakistan is turning to China for 4.5-generation fighters like the J-10CE and possibly the FC-31 to counter India’s growing Rafale fleet. He notes Pakistan may acquire 25–36 or more jets to build multiple squadrons.
