Lieutenant General Ranbir Singh on Thursday said that the Pakistani army has been using social media to mobilise youths of Jammu and Kashmir, and lure them towards militancy. He added that Pakistan is trying to develop narratives to alter public opinion in Kashmir and to disrupt peace and stability. However, he added, the Indian Army has developed effective counter-terrorism capabilities.
