The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has issued a statement saying that they will not travel to India for the World T20 till the Indian government guarantees the safety of their players and fans. Notably, the match, scheduled to be played on March 19, was moved to Kolkata after the PCB expressed concerns about the security at the original venue Dharamsala.
