UP Minister Anil Rajbhar has said the violent protests in Noida by factory workers are being investigated as part of a larger conspiracy, with agencies examining a possible Pakistan link. "Recently, four suspected terrorists, with links to Pakistan-based handlers, were arrested from Meerut and Noida...Agencies are investigating the matter," Rajbhar said. Around 300 people have been arrested.
