Pakistan's ex-Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto claimed Pakistan isn't opposed to handing over "individuals of concern", including UN-designated terrorists Hafiz Saeed and Masood Azhar, to India. Such a move could be part of "comprehensive" Indo-Pak dialogue, he told Al-Jazeera. There'll be no hurdles in extraditing the terrorists if India cooperates in convicting them in Pakistani courts, he added.
