Former Punjab CM Amarinder Singh on Monday claimed that he got a message from Pakistan to reinstate Navjot Singh Sidhu in his government as he was an old friend of their PM Imran Khan. Amarinder said that the message added, "If [Sidhu] doesn't work, then you can remove him." Sidhu, a former cricketer, is the chief of Congress' Punjab unit.
