Pakistan has refused to take back a rape gang leader that the UK wants to deport. Shabir Ahmed, who was released from prison recently after being jailed in 2012, was stripped of British citizenship. Shabir could not be removed to Pakistan due to a legal loophole which prevents deportation of citizens of some countries who arrived in UK before 1973.
