Asian Cricket Council (ACC) chief Mohsin Naqvi, who is also Pakistan Home Minister and Pakistan Cricket Board chairman, will hand over the Asia Cup trophy to the winners tonight. It is unclear if India would agree to receive the trophy from him in case they beat Pakistan. Naqvi had recently mocked Indian Armed Forces in a provocative gesture.
