Mahinder Pal Singh has become the first Sikh cricketer from Pakistan to join the country's National Cricket Academy. As per Pakistani media reports, Mahinder, belonging to Lahore, has been named among the top 30 emerging cricketers in the country. In Pakistan's cricket history, only seven non-Muslim cricketers have represented the country.
