Pakistanis aren't wholeheartedly enemies of Indians: RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said that conflicts between countries shouldn't permanently damage bilateral relations. He added, "It's not that Pakistanis are wholeheartedly enemies of Indians...state politics also plays a role." "So during conflict we are with our government....Conflicts may halt ties, but they should not end them," he said, adding people should stand with government during conflicts.
