Mahmoud Abbas, the President of the State of Palestine, condemned the Pahalgam terror attack in a letter to President Droupadi Murmu. However, Abbas referred to the terror act as a "criminal shooting". At least 26 people were gunned down by terrorists affiliated with LeT offshoot TRF on Tuesday in Pahalgam. Abbas called the attack a heinous act.
