Panasonic has appointed its head of automotive business Yuki Kusumi as the CEO, replacing Kazuhiro Tsuga who was behind Panasonic's partnership with Tesla. Tsuga will become the Chairman of the Board. Kusumi's appointment will be effective from April 1. Tsuga had assumed the role of Panasonic's CEO in 2012.
