Panchkula to spend ₹18 crore to finish Sector 3 office building

Panchkula Municipal Corporation plans to spend ₹18 crore to complete the remaining 30–35% work on its long-delayed Sector 3 office building. The tender bids will open on November 18 for pending work which includes flooring, AC installation, electrical fittings, and woodwork. Once ready, it will consolidate municipal body's three offices into one, ending residents' need to visit multiple locations.
