Pantaloons Fashion & Retail, which was earlier acquired by Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited (ABNL) on Tuesday announced that the company would from now onwards be called Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited. In 2012, ABNL infused ₹1,600 crore in Future Group's Pantaloons, acquiring a majority stake. In 2015, ABNL merged all its branded apparel business under one entity.
