Papa John's Pizza Founder and former Chairman, John Schnatter, has sued his own company demanding documents related to his exit from the pizza chain. Schnatter resigned after apologising for using racial slur during a conference call in May. Schnatter's attorney said they wanted to see the documents because of the "unexplained and heavy-handed way" that Papa John's had treated him.
