A paper leak scandal has rocked Uttarakhand's Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University (VMSB-UTU) in Dehradun after an assistant professor allegedly shared the paper with students on WhatsApp before the exam. The university found that the professor had also prepared another subject's paper and cancelled both the examinations. The re-examinations will be held in August.
