Papua New Guinea to fit int'l arrivals with ankle monitors during quarantine

All foreign workers arriving in Papua New Guinea will be fitted with a GPS tracking ankle bracelet during their quarantine period to check the spread of COVID-19, pandemic controller David Manning said. This comes weeks after the country stopped a flight of Chinese nationals from entering the country after China said its mine workers had been "vaccinated" against COVID-19.
