Netflix co-CEO Greg Peters said the company is on track to win the bid for acquiring Warner Bros Discovery in an $82.7-billion deal. "Paramount's rival bid doesn't pass the sniff test," Peters said, as reported by the Financial Times. He said very few Warner Bros Discovery shareholders had been tendered in support of Paramount's hostile offer for the entire company.
