Kangana Ranaut reacted to the Pune murder case involving Siya Goyal, who was arrested along with her boyfriend, for allegedly murdering her fiancé, Ketan Agarwal. Ranaut said parents can't be blamed for children's actions because many have built parallel lives. "What's more important is that who is programming them? Who they spend time with, what are their influences," she added.
