Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing the Indian community in Paris, praised the cultural diversity of Indians living abroad. "Paris is a city of lights. This is the city of colours...All of you, coming from different states of India, make this city even more beautiful," he said. "Every corner of India is represented here," he added.
