Park Medi approved acquisition of The Medicity Hospital in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand for around ₹177 crore. The 330-bed multi-speciality hospital reported FY26 turnover of ₹55.74 crore. The transaction will be completed in two phases, with 80% stake expected by August 31, 2026 and remaining 20% proposed after March 31, 2030.
