Park Medi World informed that its subsidiary Park Medicenters & Institutions Private approved incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in the healthcare services segment. The proposed Healplus entity will be incorporated with cash consideration of ₹0.01 crore. Park Medi World holds 81.81% equity in Park Medicenters, retaining effective control over the new step-down subsidiary.
