The traditional Parour Chhinj Fair was inaugurated in Kangra’s Sullah constituency by Kangra Rural Development Bank Chairman Sanjay Singh Chauhan, who performed rituals and worshipped local deities. Traditional wrestling drew participants from multiple regions, alongside cultural events and food stalls. Chauhan said such fairs help preserve culture and unite society.
