Shares of Patanjali Foods were stuck in the lower circuit of 5% in trade on Thursday after promoter Patanjali Ayurved started a two-day offer for sale (OFS) at a floor price of ₹1,000 at an 18% discount to Wednesday's closing price on BSE. Patanjali Group had acquired bankrupt Ruchi Soya Industries and later renamed the company Patanjali Foods.
