Operations at the Patna airport runway were suspended for three hours on Wednesday after a fire tender got stuck near the runway. The shutdown resulted in the diversion of nine flights, delay of three others on the ground and affected around 2,000 passengers. It was later removed with the help of cranes and other equipment, Airports Authority of India said.
