Patna Metro is set for its trial run on September 3 over an 800 meter track, checking speed, signaling, and safety. A 132 KV switch station at Bairia depot has been activated to power the system. In Phase 1, five stations will open with fares from ₹15–30. Ticket vending machines worth ₹2.89 crore will accept cash, credit, and debit cards.
