Paytm Group has become 100% beneficial owners of Mumbai-based lending startup CreditMate, the latter's Co-founder Aditya Singh said. While the transaction details of the deal were not disclosed, Singh said CreditMate founders will be exiting the business. He also wrote that he will be focussing on a new startup. Earlier in 2017, Paytm had acquired an undisclosed stake in CreditMate.
