Digital wallet startup Paytm has bought a majority stake in events ticketing platform Insider.in for around ₹35 crore. In May, Vijay Shekhar Sharma-led Paytm was in talks to invest up to $30 million (around ₹193 crore) for a majority stake in the platform. Insider.in was founded by Shreyas Srinivasan in August 2014.
