Paytm Payments Services has received extension from Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to resubmit its application for a payment aggregator licence, a regulatory filing stated. The RBI has also allowed Paytm Payments to continue as a payment aggregator while awaiting approval from the government on the past investments from One97 Communications. It cannot onboard new merchants for its online business.
