Digital payments startup Paytm's e-commerce arm, Paytm Mall, is reportedly in talks to acquire a majority stake in online grocery provider BigBasket. Reports claimed that BigBasket wants the startup to be valued 'premium', and also seeks a seat on the Paytm Mall board. It was also reported that Paytm has been looking for an online grocery platform since last year.
