Paytm Payments Bank Ltd (PPBL) has released FAQs, listing steps to close PPBL FASTag accounts via the Paytm app. Security deposit and minimum balance will be refunded to PPBL wallets post-closure, as per the FAQs. PPBL FASTag users can use their accounts till the balance is available but no top-ups will be allowed after March 15.
