Paytm parent One97 Communications is set to raise ₹8,250 crore ($1.1 billion) from anchor investors as part of its ₹18,300 crore initial public offering, Moneycontrol reported. The round will reportedly see participation from BlackRock, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, and GIC. Paytm's IPO will open for subscription on November 8 and is poised to be India's biggest ever public issue.
