Several Paytm users on Wednesday reported facing issues accessing the platform's postpaid loan facility, with a message on the app saying, "We will be back soon." However, Paytm denied stopping the loan service. In an exchange filing, Paytm said it would reduce loan distribution worth less than ₹50,000 and expand higher ticket loan distribution.
