Ex-Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi said the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) just wants to please the captain and agree to his demands. "Issues faced by players don't matter...The formation of a players association will be very beneficial," added Afridi. Afridi stated that ex-Pakistan captain Inzamam-ul-Haq had pushed for the formation of a players association but the PCB didn't agree to it.
